Hey! Thanks so much for visiting and taking the time to read about us, we'll detail our story and some FAQs below, and also our contact info in case this doesn't quite cover everything.
We are a UK based company trading under Dress Rail Boutique LTD. We work with a number of seamstresses, manufacturers and retailers across the world leveraging connections we have in the fashion industry to provide unbranded, high quality dresses at an affordable price.
Where do you ship from?
We ourselves are based in the UK, and we ship some dresses from here, some we warehouse in the US and some from our small workshop suppliers and seamstresses in India and China. Returns always come to the UK, and shipping is always free, worldwide!
Do you accept returns?
Of course! Just inform us with three days of receiving your dress and return it within seven days, and you'll receive a full refund. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. We cover return costs for all UK returns, and some international ones on a case by case basis.
We strive to be able to make all of our customers feel amazing without having to spend a fortune.
